      In further improving the level of port informatization, the General Administration of Customs, together with other relevant departments, will continue to deepen the construction of "single window" for international trade.       In terms of further lowering port fees, before September 30, relevant departments will guide and urge major international liner shipping companies and international freight forwarding companies to earnestly implement measures to reduce fees.
