He Yongqian introduced that at present, in the face of the complexity, severity and uncertainty of the rising external environment, China super-large domestic market is a strong backing for the majority of foreign trade enterprises. While supporting enterprises to explore diversified international markets, the Ministry of Commerce will take four measures to help foreign trade enterprises better rely on the domestic market and effectively respond to external challenges.
First, the organization of foreign trade quality products domestic sales activities. One of the key tasks this year is to carry out the good foreign trade excellent China Line, which is a platform specially built for foreign trade enterprises to expand domestic sales, the main content is "1+10+N", that is, to hold a launch ceremony, play the role of 10 economic provinces, carry out various forms of exhibition and sales, docking and negotiation activities, to help foreign trade enterprises to expand domestic channels. For example, offline, key pedestrian streets and business districts will be organized to promote consumption activities, and foreign trade exhibition areas will be set up at important exhibitions. Online, support major e-commerce platforms to set up special areas to promote channel docking, brand docking, production and marketing docking.
Second, promote the convergence of internal and external standards certification. Jointly with relevant departments to carry out foreign trade standard certification connection investigation, organize the comparison of domestic and international standards, improve the consistency of domestic and foreign standards, open up the blocking point of export products for domestic sales, reduce the cost of enterprise market conversion system.
Third, we will strengthen policy support for domestic and foreign trade integration. On the premise of complying with WTO rules, we will make good use of existing capital channels to support enterprises in exploring markets. Implement domestic trade credit insurance policies and support enterprises to take out insurance to spread their trade risks. At the same time, financial institutions are encouraged to increase support in financing and interest rates.
Fourth, we will build a comprehensive service platform. In view of the situation that foreign trade enterprises are not familiar with the domestic market, we will cultivate and strengthen domestic and foreign trade integrated public service platforms and comprehensive service enterprises, and provide high-quality and efficient policy consultation, standard certification, market development, finance and insurance and other "one-stop" comprehensive services for foreign trade enterprises to expand domestic sales.
