On December 4, in order to improve the business level of financial personnel,consolidate the basic work of financial management and standardize the financial behavior of enterprises,our group organized special training for all financial personnel.The meeting was presided over by the administrative director Ji Wenge. There were 15 financial personnel participating in the meeting. These staff were from  the headquarters and the subsidiary. In this training, Ms. Pan, certified public accountant and certified tax agent of Beijing hengxincheng Certified Public Accountants Co.Ltd, was invited to explain the daily matters needing attention of cashier work and relevant policies for final settlement and payment of enterprise income tax.

In the morning, Ms. Pan talked about the main work of the cashier, the code of conduct of the cashier, the knowledge and ability of  cashier should have reserves, and combined with the actual case and our company´s actual situation, analyzed the problems easily occurred in the daily work, the daily risk control method, the method of checking and checking the fixed assets of cash inventory, and the establishment and management of contract account.In the afternoon, Ms. Pan explained in detail the relevant policies and the latest changes in the final settlement of corporate income tax, and analyzed the preferential tax policies, income recognition issues, differences in the implementation of the new income standards, and the recognition of asset losses in compliance with the provisions. Finally, combined with the work of final accounts at the end of the year, Ms. Pan explained the problems that should be paid attention to in financial final accounts, and provided corresponding guidance for the final accounts of our company.
