To support the policy, “six priorities and stability in six areas” and to meet the employment demand of overseas students, CSCSE held “2020 Autumn Overseas Career Fair” in the Beijing Exhibition Hall on 7th November. More than 200 well-known enterprises and institutions have attended the event, provided thousands of jobs and attracted thousands of overseas students. The human resources department of our company represented our company to attend this job fair.
Our company positively responded to the proposal of the Education Department “fully support the overseas talents’ entrepreneurship and innovation", and gave full play to our diversified business advantages. We had specially set up several positions in various fields, such as product development executive, futures analyst and overseas salesperson.
The leaders of our company also paid high attention to this event. Ji Wenge, the chief executive officer, came to the site and guided the work.She constantly communicated with job seekers and selected high-quality talents for our company.
At the beginning of the event, our company has attracted the attention of job seekers. There was always a long queue in front of our booth until the end of the event. In order to provide a better consulting service for overseas students, the staff answered job-seekers´ questions and doubts, such as main business, vision and goals, human resource management policies, company regulations and so on. At the end of the event, our company has received more than 300 resumes.
This event has built a bridge of direct communication between our company and overseas students, and meet our company´s talent demand and employment demand of overseas students. In the future, our company will continuously expand the employment demand, attract more excellent talents to join us, actively respond to the national “six priorities and stability in six areas” policy, and do our best to cooperate with the Education Department to admit more overseas students, and fulfill the corporate social responsibilities and obligations.
