The Group Improves Regulations to Strengthen Management

On the morning of May 28th,our group puts in place new rules of performance appraisal system and personnel file management system and hold a training conference for it. The new rules could improve our Group’s regulation system and management of employees, and promote a steady and healthy development.


To improve performance appraisal system and its working efficiency, our group revised the regulation. The new rules specified the timetable and work content of each process, clarified the duty of different department. The new rules will greatly improve the work efficiency and will show the harvest of the past year clearly, provide reference for making plans to make steady progress.

President Zhang Jianxin attached great importance to personnel files management. Personnel files management could protect both employees’ and enterprise’s right. HR department required subsidiaries to collect and check employees’ personnel files in time, which will make the standardized and systematized management of employees could be seen.


We are facing both challenges and chances during the epidemic. Improving management and marketing skills is helpful for enterprise’s development and making contribution for the country and society.
