On the afternoon of January 22, Our Group held the "2019 Performance Appraisal Excellent Team and Advanced Personal Recognition Conference" in the conference room. The conference was presided over by Mr. Zhang Bo, Manager of Human Resources Department of the Group. Ms. Ji Wenge, Chief Executive of the Group, attended the conference. The award-winning employees in Beijing and some staff representatives from the group participated in the conference. At the beginning of the conference, the Manager Zhang read out the "Notice on the Recognition of Excellent Teams and Advanced Individuals in the Performance Appraisal in 2019" issued by the group, the advanced collectives and advanced individuals including commended CCFT Singapore and Li Bohan. 

    Manager Ji awarded the winners with certificates and bonus. After the award, outstanding employee representative Wang Sicong spoke on behalf of the winners. Wang Sicong said that the award is the encouragement and affirmation given by the leaders of the group. He has been in the company for nine years and would continue to do his job well and strive for greater achievements.

    In the end, manager Ji  expressed his congratulations to the winners and hoped that they would remain true to our original aspiration, live it to the full, guard against arrogance and rashness, and continue to work hard. At the same time, she hoped that other employees take them as an example, and contribute to the ten-year plan of CCFT, to create better achievements for the development of the CCFT.
