As the situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in China improves, in order to fully implement the guiding principles of the General Secretary Xi Jinping´ s important speech, steadily promote the "six stability and six guarantees", and meet the needs of employers for recruitment and overseas students returning to China for employment, the Service Center for Overseas Study held the "Recruitment Fair for Overseas Students in Spring 2021" at Beijing Exhibition Center on 8th May, 2021 (Saturday). The Group actively responded to the suggestion of "fully supporting the entrepreneurship and innovation of returning overseas talents" put forward by the Ministry of Education and participated in the job fair.

In order to exert the diversified business advantages, the Group has set up a number of positions in various fields such as the product research and development supervisor, futures analyst, overseas sales staff and so on. The event was in a warm atmosphere. There were many overseas students who came from other provinces like Guangdong and Xinjiang looking for jobs, and there were parents, whose children could not return to China because of the epidemic, sending resumes for their children. In order to provide better consulting services to job seekers, the human resources department organized a team of business elites to answer questions for job seekers. When the event ends, our company had received more than 200 resumes.

This event has built a bridge of direct communication between our company and overseas students, and met our talent needs and employment needs of overseas students. In the future, our company will continue to expand the demand for employment, attracting more talents for the implementation of the group´s three-year strategic plan.
