To complement the "Balance of Payments Statistics reporting measures" to implement, The State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued《the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Printing notice》，The trade credit investigation system has been revised. In order to help enterprises to understand the content of revision, fill in the survey data correctly, The state administration of foreign exchange  foreign exchange management department of Beijing held“The 2016 Beijing area trade credit training and work session” on July 13, 2016. Our company as the sample, were invited to attended the meeting.

      At the meeting, the SAFE relevant person in charge on the revised system in the background, as well as trade credit investigation system business processes and new business systems at how to fill in a detailed interpretation of data. The trade credit investigation system, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in order to further improve the credit quality of survey data and survey trade efficiency, integration of existing trade credit-related regulatory documents .This revision includes: one is simplified survey indicators. No longer distinguish between enterprise credit and bank credit. No longer distinguish between longer of time limit. Furnished criterion consistent with the corporate accounting system. Second is to improve the timeliness of the investigation. The survey quarterly to monthly frequency is determined by taking monthly surveys and annual surveys combination. Monthly business survey and an annual survey of enterprises that do not overlap are submitted monthly and annual data. Third is adopt the important enterprises’ surveys.

                 After the meeting, the SAFE relevant person in charge answered the questions by the enterprise.

      Foreign exchange data statistics is an effective way of national master import and export. As the sample enterprise, we should make efforts to further improve the country´s business credit quality of the statistics and we will fill the data responsibly.
