On April 25, 2024, the Government Affairs Service Bureau of Xicheng District in Beijing convened an enterprise symposium titled "Optimizing Business Discussion" at the Financial Street Sub-district Office. Deputy Governor Song Mei of Xicheng District, along with the Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department, Secretary Xie Jing of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Party Secretary and Director Yang Zhen from the District Government Service Bureau, as well as other relevant department leaders were present at this forum. Seven companies including Zhongshang Foreign Trade Co., LTD. (referred to as "Our Company"), Yinglan Group, Minsheng Bank Beijing Financial Street Branch and Parkson Commercial Development Co., LTD., were invited to participate.

      During this gathering, Mr. Song issued an appointment letter for our representative Tian Lei and other enterprise representatives appointing them as "Xicheng District Government Service Social Supervisors". These supervisors will carry out their duties under a framework known as "three 1s", which entails making one policy consultation call, participating in one government service experience activity, and engaging in one enterprise discussion and exchange session. This supervision model aims to enhance government services´ quality and work efficiency. Additionally, supervisors are entitled to personalized "three 1" services including online government service consultations at least once; offline lobby accompanying services at least once; and one-to-one door-to-door policy guidance services at least once through which they can provide feedback on government service initiatives. At this meeting various enterprise representatives delivered speeches where Tian Lei represented our company by introducing our group´s situation along with challenges faced by each business segment to district leaders. Mr. Song suggested that our holding company Zhongshang Sweet Source could collaborate with Baita Academy under Financial Street Book Company to develop our cultural chocolate into a unique "Xicheng gift". Minister Xie welcomed our company´s participation in joining the Xicheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce family for mutual development.
