On July 28th, 2023, the Group Chief Executive Office and the Human Resources Department held a summing-up meeting for the first half of 2023. The meeting was presided over by the Executive Human Resources Director Zhang Bo.The person in charge of CEO office, Huamn Resources Department,and part of office staff attended the meeting.

          First of this meeting, the CEO office and the person in charge of the human resources department has reported  different position responsibilities, summarize the achievements and existing problems in the first half of the year. Two departments will formulate  measures, and report the work plan for the second half of the year.

      Subsequently, Director Zhang commented on the summary of the work of the two departments, affirmed the work achievements of the first half of the year, but also objectively pointed out the problems existing in each department, and put forward requirements and expectations for the work arrangement in the second half of the year.

      At the end of the meeting, Director Zhang shared his personal growth experience from the perspective of management and talent training: from the five "mentality" of gratitude, dedication, positive, zero and awe to work. It is necessary to have six "consciousness" of responsibility, four dimensions, dialectics, rules, regulations and results to do the current work well.He  also mentioned that put forward to adhere to the principle of the bottom line, insist on learning more, to be a diligent, hard-working, motivated person four "requirements" in personal growth.

   Director Zhang´s sharing and ardent expectations deeply touched every person at the meeting. Everyone actively spoke and determined that they will keep upholding the spirit of learning, working hard, and devoting strength to the position, also trying to live up to the expectations of the Group and leaders
