On September 3, 2024, on the occasion of the opening of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, China Business Foreign Trade Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") was invited by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Soil and Livestock, as one of the representatives of Chinese enterprises, to participate in the "China-Africa Agricultural Product Supply and Demand Matching Meeting" jointly organized by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Standard Bank of South Africa.

      At the meeting, the African side selected 31 agricultural product suppliers from South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and other countries to carry out online docking with Chinese companies, involving products including wine, Rooibos Tea, green coffee beans, citrus, plant essential oils, fats and so on.

     Mr. Tian Lei, Vice General Manager of the Group´s Enterprise Development Department, and Mr. Bai Sheng, Manager of the Sugar Business Department of Zhongshang, introduced the business segments of our company to the business representatives from South Africa, Zambia and Tanzania, and exchanged in-depth views with the African business representatives on the possible cooperation opportunities in oil, sugar, coffee and cocoa products in the future.

     Our company will continue to respond to the call of the state, deepen the main business, strengthen trade cooperation with African enterprises, and jointly promote the development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation to a higher quality.
