On February 17, 2023, in order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between CCFT Group and large-scale human resource platforms, improve human resource management capabilities, the Human Resources Department of the Group was invited to attend a special training lecture on the theme of "Activating organizational momentum" held by Liepin platform.      

     At the meeting, Professor Rui Bai,who works in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and also as director of China Human Resource Development Research Association,had a special lecturer shared how to "use the organizational diagnosis model to diagnose the crux of the organization"; How to "establish organizational diagnostic model, activate momentum" and other contents. Professor Bai also had active exchanges and discussions with the guests. The whole lecture integrated humorous theory, real and vivid business cases.

  By participating in this training event, the Group´s human resources department benefited a lot. In the future, we will integrate the professional knowledge learned into practical work, and strive to solve problems for the group and help high-quality development.
