Recently, Xue haitao, the deputy director of the Beijing Office for Port Affairs and the deputy general manager of the single window service, Chen liangbing, visited our company. We exchanged views with our company to promote a single window and understood the import and export process. As the first pilot unit of the single window, under the guidance of Chen and engineer, the first declaration of import license of Beijing mechanical and electrical products was completed.
China (Beijing) international trade platform is dominated by the Beijing municipal people´s government of a single window commonweal public service platform, led by the Beijing port office organization, customs, inspection, frontier defense, commerce, taxation, industry and commerce, foreign exchange and other units to take an active part in construction.
Beijing "single window" is for international trade and transport enterprises to provide a unified public information processing platform, the development of online filing, transport, qualifications to handle the goods, finance, business logistics, enterprise family query 6 big functions 21 application systems, declare at customs clearance of foreign trade enterprises to provide comprehensive business, policy, information service. In August 2017, after docking with the national standard version, the service project has been further expanded, and the application for certificate of origin and license is added.
Our company, as the first pilot unit of a single window, is deeply honored to realize the convenience of a single window. With the benefit of this, our company´s import and export business clearance efficiency will be greatly improved in the future, which will have a profound impact on improving the competitiveness of our company.
